Facilities & Guard Policies |

a. Package:
* The
guards are paid compatible salary package and over time with incentives in
form of yearly increments.
* Timely payment of salaries at deployed places is ensured.
b. Provisions:
* Two Pairs of company uniform including a pair of shoes with two sets of
badges are provided free of cost.
* Quality weapons are provided to guards as laid down by the government.
c.
KSS arranges accommodation for the guards in case of non
availability at the location.
* Pick and drop service (where ever required) is also provided.
d. Search equipments
in use by security guards:
* Hand held metal detector
* Car search mirror
* Other security devices such as home alarm system, infra red detector,
watchman clock are also provided in consultation with the clients and as
per requirements.
e.
guards fighting ability:
Most of the security guards and supervisors are retired military personnel
and have undergone the training and courses during their active service
.however KSS has its own training facility and training/refresher sessions
are carried out regularly at different intervals. Depending upon the
sensitivity of KSS’s client. Special sessions are conducted as part of on
job training. In edition to ensure fitness and ability to perform standing
duty the maximum age limit for guards laid down at 48years.
f. The
KSS guards being ex-soldiers have being giving education while in service
which is generally equivalent to metric. However, qualification for
supervisors is metric and usually they are FA/FSC. Civilian guards are
also inducted with maximum age limit of 25yerrs and metric qualification.

SELECTION & TRAINING
|
|
Security Guards are selected on the merit after proper induction
procedures which include testing of physical flexibility and strength as
well as mental alertness and fitness.
A)
Most of KSS guards belong to the Armed Forces and X-Police
commandoes.
B)
All guards are educated, good health and having good moral
character.
C)
Guards are capable in handling weapons and firing.
After
selection job training such as security, health & safety and other
protection courses are provided to guards.
